If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may send it back at your own cost within seven days of receiving the item. If there is a flaw in your item due to an error during production you may return your item within 30 days for a refund or replacement. Please message us with photos and we will provide a return label.
*It is our policy not to give refunds due to color being different than expected. All computer monitors can have different settings, so it's best to review your order on multiple sources to ensure you see that the product is the color you want.
*No items can be returned or exchanged once being washed. We will not offer refunds on items that have been washed as we have no way of knowing how it was washed and what the item was washed in.
*No exchanges will be made if item has been exposed to any kind of cigarette or cigar smoke for obvious reasons.
*Custom orders are non refundable, and may not be sent in to be exchanged with another item.
